Order Cancellations & Refund Policy

YourFlowerPortal.com reserves the right to cancel or reject any order without prior notice. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a refund either to your original payment method or YourFlowerPortal Wallet.

Legal Note: All legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.


Refunds & Limitations

  • Refunds will not exceed the original amount paid.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect losses, such as extra fees, missed profits, or emotional distress due to delays or cancellations.

  • No refunds are available for issues related to delivery delays beyond our control.


Payment Gateway Issues

We use Razorpay as our secure third-party payment gateway.

If your payment:

  • Was deducted but not reflected,

  • Or was delayed in processing,

We will investigate and raise the issue with Razorpay. Please allow up to 15 working days for resolution.

We are not liable for any additional losses (such as emotional stress, penalties, or lost profits) caused by payment gateway delays or errors.


Delivery Date & Shipping Information

  • We aim to deliver on your selected preferred date. If delivered successfully, the order will be marked as "delivered", and no refund will be issued for date-related concerns.

  • Flowers may arrive in bud, semi-bloomed, or fully bloomed form.

  • Delivery options include:

    • Standard delivery

    • Fixed-time delivery

    • Midnight delivery (where available)

  • We deliver to metro cities, smaller towns, and even remote areas depending on availability.


Delivery Delays

Please understand that delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Political events

  • Natural disasters

  • Other unexpected issues

We will try to inform you of any delays as soon as possible via SMS or email.


Important Notes on Perishable Deliveries

  • For perishable items like flowers and cakes, we attempt only one delivery.

  • If the recipient is not available, we may leave the item with a neighbor (where applicable).

  • If no delivery is possible, it may be marked as failed, and extra charges may apply for re-delivery.
