If we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be processed either to your YourFlowerPortal Wallet or the original method of payment.
Please note: We are not responsible for any indirect losses, including additional charges, lost profits, or emotional distress caused by delivery issues.
Payment Gateway
We use RazorPay as our secure third-party payment gateway. In cases such as late payment processing or if your payment is deducted but not reflected on our system, we will investigate the matter and raise it with RazorPay. Resolution may take up to 15 working days.
Refunds will not exceed the amount paid. We are not liable for any other charges, profit loss, or emotional distress caused by issues related to the payment gateway.
Delivery Date Disclaimer
If your delivery is scheduled for the next day or on a suggested date, we will attempt delivery on that date. If successful, it will be marked as “delivered.” We are not liable for any losses or reimbursements resulting from such scheduling.

Courier Delivery
We partner with third-party couriers, and their delivery timelines are subject to their own terms and conditions. Orders may be delivered before or after the estimated date.
Hospital Deliveries
Please ensure the recipient’s full details are provided when placing an order for hospital delivery. Note that some hospitals may not allow flower deliveries or restrict them for ICU patients.
Hotel Deliveries
Ensure all necessary details are included for hotel deliveries. If the recipient is not checked in or has already checked out, the flowers will be left at the reception desk, and the delivery will be considered complete.
Wedding Hall Deliveries
While we strive to deliver flowers to the intended recipient, we cannot guarantee delivery directly to the bride or groom. Flowers will be handed to a responsible person at the venue.

To ensure successful delivery to PGs, hostels, or secure areas, please provide:

Remote Location Deliveries
We deliver to serviceable locations only. As flowers are locally sourced and perishable, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Accurate shipping details and a valid contact number are mandatory.
