These Terms and Conditions explain how you can use our website and services. By using our website, you agree to follow these terms, which are legally binding—just like a signed contract. We may update these terms at any time, so please check back regularly.


Placing Orders

When you place an order, it’s considered a request to buy. You’ll get a confirmation by email or SMS, but that doesn’t mean your order is accepted yet. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. We may also ask for more details before confirming.

To place an order, you must provide accurate recipient and shipping information. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, UPI, digital wallets, and internet banking through our secure website or app. Payments are handled by third-party services and follow their terms.


Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Sometimes, we may cancel orders due to:

  • Limited product availability

  • Pricing or product errors

  • Other unexpected issues

Orders already being processed can't be changed or canceled. To request a change or cancellation, call our helpline between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If your order hasn’t been fully confirmed yet, we might be able to cancel or change it. Some cancellations may involve charges.

Please notify us at least 48 hours before the delivery date via email using your registered email ID. Cancellation fees may apply.

Substitution Policy

Since flower arrangements are handcrafted, they may not look exactly like the pictures on the website. If certain flowers are not available, we may replace them with similar or higher-value options. Our team will contact you for suggestions if needed.


Order Confirmation & Delivery Updates

Once we accept your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with the order number. Please keep this number for any future queries.

You'll also receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered.


Shipping & Delivery

Sometimes flowers may be delivered in bud, semi-bloomed, or full-bloom stage depending on availability.

We offer same-day, fixed-time, and midnight delivery—but these options depend on time of order and delivery location. Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Bad weather

  • Political or local disruptions

  • Other unexpected events

If delays occur, we will notify you through SMS or email.


Payment Gateway

We use Razorpay to process payments. If there's a technical issue (like delayed payments or money deducted but not received), we’ll work with Razorpay to fix it. This may take up to 15 working days.

Refunds will never exceed the amount paid. We are not responsible for any extra losses like emotional stress, missed profits, or extra charges caused by payment issues.
