Our delicate flower bouquets are carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep with the utmost care. However, please note that flowers and other perishable items cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds on orders.
Substitutions
Sometimes, certain flowers may be unavailable. In such cases, we may replace them with flowers of equal or greater value, while keeping the overall look and quality of the bouquet intact.
Delays or Delivery Issues
If your Order faces unexpected delays and can’t be delivered on time, we may offer a replacement bouquet, depending on the situation and how much time is left before the original delivery window closes.

Payment Gateway
We use RazorPay as our secure third-party payment gateway. In cases such as late payment processing or if your payment is deducted but not reflected on our system, we will investigate the matter and raise it with RazorPay. Resolution may take up to 15 working days.
Refunds will not exceed the amount paid. We are not liable for any other charges, profit loss, or emotional distress caused by issues related to the payment gateway.
